Terms and Conditions of Sale
Welcome to UBUNTU GAIA. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products on the website managed by UBUNTU GAIA, based in Avenida Papa Luna, 139 — Buzón 259, 12598 Peñiscola, España. By placing an order, the Buyer fully accepts these conditions.
1. Nature of Products and Limitation of Liability (Important)
The Buyer acknowledges and explicitly accepts the following regarding the nature of the products sold on this site:
- Chlorine Dioxide (CDS): Chlorine Dioxide is sold exclusively as a biocide for water purification and potabilization. It is not a food supplement, not a medicine, and is not intended in any way for direct human consumption or medical/therapeutic use. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the use of the product.
- DMSO (Dimethyl Sulfoxide): DMSO is sold as a chemical solvent for industrial and laboratory use. It is not a pharmaceutical product and is not sold for medical/therapeutic applications.
- Colloidal Silver: Colloidal Silver is sold as a technological product produced with plasma technology. It is not a medicine and is not sold for therapeutic purposes.
- Ormus: Ormus is sold as a research product. It is not a medicine or food supplement.
UBUNTU GAIA declines any responsibility for improper use of the products. The information on this site is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before any use.
2. Prices and Payments
- All prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.
- UBUNTU GAIA reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price applied will be that in effect at the time of the order.
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit card, and other methods indicated at checkout.
3. Orders and Confirmation
- The order constitutes a binding purchase proposal from the Buyer.
- The contract is concluded when UBUNTU GAIA sends the order confirmation via email.
- UBUNTU GAIA reserves the right to refuse orders in case of product unavailability or problems with payment verification.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Products are shipped within 24-48 business hours from order confirmation.
- Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier used.
- Free shipping for orders over €40.
- Once the package is delivered to the carrier, shipping risk transfers to the Buyer.
5. Withdrawal and Returns
Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU, the Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. For details, see the dedicated page: Refund and Return Policy.
6. Warranties
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) pursuant to EU legislation. In case of defects or non-conformity, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes, the court of the consumer’s domicile shall have jurisdiction, as provided by applicable EU regulations.
