Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, below you will find all the necessary information.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to European consumer rights legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.

The 14-day period starts from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the products.

2. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear communication of your decision before the 14-day deadline:

In your communication, indicate: your name, order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason (optional but useful for improving our service).

3. Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • In their original packaging, intact and complete
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Shipped within 14 days from the withdrawal communication

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged by the customer

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the product is defective or does not match what was ordered.

5. Refund

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will proceed with the refund:

  • Timeframe: within 14 days from receiving the return
  • Method: same payment method used for the purchase
  • Amount: full product price (original shipping costs excluded, unless the entire order is returned)

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving, attaching photos of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including shipping costs

7. Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity (2 years). If a product shows defects of conformity within 2 years of delivery, you have the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
